Our current average response time to inquiries sent to us from the Contact Us form is 15 hours.
If you need to contact customer service via the Contact Us form, https://wwws.mint.com/contact.event#contact-form , please include the following at the minimum: 1. Account email address you use for Mint.com. 2. The bank(s) you're having an issue with. 3. The error message, if any, you're receiving. 4. A brief description of the issue that is concise and explains what is happening. A description like this is not very helpful: "I have a problem with one transaction." We also need to advise that we can't see your transactions or access your accounts. As such, we might ask you for additional information if we need to escalate your issue such as screen shots. Also, make sure your email client or service does not block emails from feedback@mint.com . Thanks from all of us on the Mint Customer Service Team.
