Thumbs down Still Waiting...

I filed a bug report several months ago when the login form/site was updated and have yet to see anything fixed. Please help! Mint should at least remove ELFCU.org from the list of possible banks to avoid confusion and frustrations.

Yeah add my name to the list of no-joy with ELFCU connections. I sent in a couple TTs to Mint, and for a couple weeks was trading logs and info with Mint's support team. Then all the communications just dried up.

So all in all, of the roughly 15 or so accounts that my wife and I have, between savings, checking, business accounts, credit cards, etc., exactly two of them work with Mint. The two biggies--Chase and ELFCU, haven't connected properly in _months_. Guess I'll stick with quickenonline, which sucks in all our accounts just fine (but has a miserable UI).

Angry Worked again for a while - the security questions are incorrect

Well, it seems that my ELFCU accounts were syncing again but it now appears that mint is being challenged on their backened for the security questions. Unfortunately, it appears that their security questions are incorrect. As such, I have a sync error when my accounts are trying to update.

Please fix, Mint staff!

Thanks,
Bill

Default Still problems with Security Questions

I too have had problems since ELFCU changed security questions in June. One case with Mint customer service fell off the map after I sent them all the requested info. The second one came back with message to me that I'm not entering my authentication info correctly (which is true since the questions aren't the same! duh.) I sent another message back and have yet to hear. Very disappointing, as I have loved mint.com!

I've been unable to access ELFCU recently in the last two weeks. At first I was able to access ELFCU checking accounts part of the time, since some of the security questions matched.

I've sent Mint support the security Questions twice, and still they have not updated Mint to support ELFCU.

I use to be able to re-set the questions at my bank to match 2 of the 3 they ask, (ELFCU has 4 now) and be able to download transactions, however I havn't been able to download any for the past 2 weeks.

Angry Again.... Still Waiting...

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. I submitted a case a week or so ago and had to send the html dump of the security questions page 3 times. It's like they aren't even reading the emails that I send them. My experiences with speaking with their support is akin to speaking with a parrot.
