Viewing Intersection of Tags

How does one search for intersections of accounts, categories and tags?

Examples:

Category = Restaurants AND Tag = Reimbursable
Account = US Bank OR Wells Fargo
Tag = Wedding AND Tag = John

I don't understand the syntax in the transactions search box.
