Hi,
I took out a car loan in September, and just made my first payment. But Mint is still showing the original loan amount, not the current payoff amount, as the balance. It seems to me that this makes no sense--please change it! Thanks! |

This is what I sent to Mint: "The account accurately reflects the amount I owe at the time I add the account to Mint. However, it fails to update from that point forward (although it says the update is successful), forcing me to delete the account and re-add it after each payment if I want the state of the account to be reflected accurately."
So, in summary, if you want the loan's outstanding balance reflected correctly, remove the account and re-add it after each payment until a fix is put in place. |
