Hello, Mint! I've just put in all of my accounts info, but don't see a lot of crucial data.

On my Citibank checking account:
- none of my Comcast bills are showing up. I have them set to autopay.
- I sent rent checks automatically each month--and none of them show in Mint.
- none of my paychecks are in here.
- I've bought a lot of plane tickets; only one of them appears.
- my tax refund from 2006, deposited 5/18/07 in my account, isn't here.

...data is also missing from a Bank of America checking account (plane tickets, paychecks) and, I think, from the Paypal account.

(Also, for what it's worth--I buy a lot of train tickets and subway tickets, but there's no category for them.)

I have very high hopes for Mint as a way to manage my personal finances once all of these bugs are ironed out. Please do let me know!

Thanks,

Ben

Yes, please add a transit/transportation option! I find it hilarious that my subway and train passes are listed as "auto".

And I'm having the same problem with automated rent payments from my Citibank account not showing up. Some, but not all, of my paycheck deposits are appearing.

Same issue for me. Mint connects to USBank fine and downloads transaction data, but missing A LOT of transactions

Having the same problem on Bank of America. When I do an update, Mint tells me the account was updated, however when I go the account page I don't have any data from anything after the 21st. I have a lot of transactions for the 24th (all weekend transactions) and none of these have been imported into Mint, even though they have cleared and are visible on the Bank of America site.

With Citibank: I have at least 1 automated payment missing (Toyota) and some automated payments that are definitely there (Rent).

Hmmm...would need a screenshot of the transaction date on your actual statement vs. what is showing in the Mint account (would have to file a bug with our provider).

I have three transactions MIA from mid-August. Weirdest thing is that they WERE there, but have since gone missing.

I sent an email to the feedback@ account. I included my Mint email addy, screen shots of the Mint transactions where the missing data SHOULD be, and the USBank screen showing them. I got a form-mail back but nothing else.

We are seeing a few reports of this. We are investigating now.

When we have seen this in the past the hidden transactions will automatically reappear.

I am having the same problem with a TD Banknorth account. For example, since Feb 08 when I began using Mint, there have been monthly ebills paying off a student loan. Only the most recent, 9/30/08 shows in Mint.

That is not the only missing transaction from this bank. Numerous other debit transcations are not passing to Mint. This is a problem!
