More USAA problems..

There's been some other discussion about USAA, but I thought it was worth starting a new thread because my email to Mint has gone unanswered.

I have USAA and ING; ING worked perfectly, but I've been having problems adding any of my USAA accounts. I signed up for Mint a week ago, and thought the problem might have been due to the onslaught of traffic, but even though the site is "back in Mint condition" I cannot add my USAA accounts. The error I receive is: "Could not connect ... Problems like these are usually resolved in 24 hours."

So, for those of you with USAA: how did you get your accounts added? I've tried nicknaming each one of my individual accounts, but that didn't work. Anyone have any ideas?

I haven't had any problems authenticating to USAA to import the accounts. My problem is that I have multiple checking accounts, but all of them will not import. I have deleted and re-added USAA several times now attempting to see if it could pick up my missing account.

Once I fixed the security questions asked by USAA, I had no trouble getting my transactions.

After having my USAA account added in with Mint it stopped working about a week ago. I have tried changing my security questions and using my Account number, but still won't authenticate.

I have previously never been able to access my USAA Mortgage account. I logged a bug previously with no word from Mint. I logged the issue again recently and got a response from a CS rep. They logged a technical issue and it appears to be working. I know USAA mortgage has a separate site, but I am using the "USAA - Mortgage" account, and supplied the main usaa site info, not the mortgage site, and it is now working. Good luck to all.
