In many of the previous posts, you have suggested that I should just create a tag/label to add my own categories. The only problem with this is tags don't show up in spending trends pie chart. So there is no nice visual way of analyzing my spending based on tags. For example, if I tag certain purchases as bar/drinks or something like that, it's not possible to see what percentage I spent on bar/drinks.
Also is there any way to add more categories in "How is my spending changing?". For example, I spend a lot on fast food compared to actual restaurants. There should be a way to compare how much I spent on fast foods this month compared to last month. It would be nice if a little bit more customization is added to this page.
I think with more customization Mint can definitely beat M$ Money/Quicken etc.
