Achieva Credit Union Problems

I'm having problems with my Achieva Credit Union account (achievacu.com).

It hangs on authenticating, and after a while, I assume Mint times itself out, and doesn't log into my bank account to update my transactions or balances.

Basically the "Fix It!" button does nothing, and this problem has been going on for at least 3 weeks.

I'd like to be able to see my budgets and the like with updated balances, without having to go to my bank's website, since it's crap compared to this.

I've spoken with some representatives, and they've said that they were trying to fix it... But they were unable to give me a time or a date as to when it would be done.

Maybe you should use the contact form at http://forums.mint.com/showthread.php?t=6427 and let them know you have a problem with the service too.

Let me know what they say :)

I've sent a message,about 2 weeks ago, asking for an estimated date. This is the only time they have not responded. Thank you for the update though.

The first time I sent them a message, they didn't respond.

Then I sent the same message in every category, and then they responded to me.

I don't think fixing this bank is on their priority list.

Yup. It keeps going back up and down.

Kinda sucks. I like using mint.
