Pacific Life Mutal Funds haven't updated for over a month.

I have two mutual fund accounts with pacific life and for the past month or two they keep coming up as "temporary issue connecting". They have been working for the last 8-9 months before this no problem.
I am able to log in no problem on pacific life's website, but mint can't. I know the login information is correct on mint. I have emailed mint twice about this and still there has been no resolution. I tried to add the accounts again and it still can't connect them.
Any one else experience this or have any suggestions?

I have the same problem. Pacific Life seems to have updated their log in, and it now has image recognition as part of the log in. I contacted mint help, but they just told me to re-try the log in.

Agreed, I believe that the updates done to the login at their site has broken Mint.com, they have added image verification and now ask security questions, mint still only asks for username and password for these accounts, i dont see how this will work until the security question answers are added.
