I cannot get connected to First Citizens (NC) (www.firstcitizens.com) checking account, even though I can log in directly to the site.

I choose Personal Online from the drop down menu on the front page, which takes me here: https://pob-w.firstcitizens.com/servlet/cefs/online/login-fcbnc.html

First Citizens uses a security question after you enter your username, plus an secret image to let you know the site is legit.

I've tried from both Windows Vista/Firefox and Ubuntu Linux/Firefox...but no love.

Please help! This is the main account I use and the only one I really care about!

Thanks,
jbwiv

Same issue here.

I've heard that First Citizens charges customers who want to use MS Money or Quicken-- could it be that they're locking out mint.com?

Nah, that's not it...they charge you on a per transaction download, and I already have MS Money and Quicken support enabled on my account.

Please...someone at Mint.com...HELP! I will PAY someone to get First Citizens (NC) support going!
