View Full Version : Multiple Accounts not updating
Just started this morning. Bank of America, Discover Card, HSBC, etc.. Mint's unable to log in and update any of my accounts today.

BofA, Chase were working just fine two days ago, now neither will update. I've tried adding the accounts again, but this won't work either. It's the banks, their blocking Mint. If this is true, it's the kiss of death for Mint right now, I hope they get it resolved before people turn away...
I emailed Mint's help folks, but haven't heard anything back...

I thought I was having issues with Discover Card also, but it seems they just update a little later on Mint than they do on discovercard.com. I think Mint does its updates before Discover does, so you get a day of lag. Chase is working fine for me.

I have a credit union checking/savings, and a Chase credit card. The update button is gone on the "Accounts" page, and it's not updating on its own. :eek: (I logged into my accounts through the company sites, and they have updated information there. It's a mint issue, alas.)

I have a bank of america account. In the past, I would log in and my account would read "updated 6 hours ago", but there would be no transactions. However, I would update manually, and the transactions would usually appear.
Currently, my account says it was updated in the last few hours, but there have been no updates since mid November. Since there is no manual update button, there is no way for me to force it to update.

Yes, my Discover transactions now appear a day earlier if I hit update for them.

I am having the same problem. Automatic updates have not happened since Dec. 4th. Case 00010616. This is effecting all of my accounts. Manual update doen't work either.
