Manually Add Checks, and a Notes Page?

I agree with other posters about the ability to manually enter a check waiting to be cleared so that you can keep an accurate checking account balance.I don't use them much anymore, and they are easy to forget about!

Also, what about a tab where you can enter general notes or personal reminders, such as a return that you are waiting to clear, etc., so that they are not forgotten, or large purchases coming up that you want to remember and plan for, etc. And a calendar perhaps so you can look ahead and see bills due??

I would love to have a notes page, like a sticky on the side, or like how powerpoint has a comment block on the bottom.

Why not just use the NOTES area of the transaction? It would nice if Mint added the ability to search the notes field on a transaction.
