I have been using Mint.com for over a year now and I thought they used Yodlee. recently my company changed the administrator of our 401K to ING and unfortunately Mint.com does not support it yet. I created an account on Yodlee and it does support my new 401K site with no problems. I would prefer to continue using mint.com because the interface is so much nicer but I won't be able to if it doesn't support my financial institutions.

My question is does Mint.com use Yodlee and if so why would I be able to add a financial institution in Yodlee but not Mint?

Not sure which ING account you have, but my account is supported by mint.

My ING Direct bank accounts work fine. I know ING has quite a few company 401k accounts also, but just not mine.

I know that in the past Mint has used the Yodlee platform for Mint. I also use Yodlee and I know that yodlee has more features such as rewards account that accessible in Yodlee and not Mint. In addition the way Mint support mortgage account allows Yodlee to show account activity transaction and Mint does not. I'm not sure how far that relationship goes.

Is it {CompanyName}.ingplans.com?

I'm still waiting for that to be fixed too. I have opened several "Unsupported Bank" tickets, and still no response (other then the Auto Response).

I think the issue stems from the 401Ks being former csplans (CitiStreet). For some reason, those just have never come over to Mint.

I have been following this other thread on the same issue:

Yes, it is {CompanyName}.ingplans.com. I have sent mint.com a few emails about it but get the same reply as you. Hopefully they will fix this.

I like Yodlee features but really dislike the interface. Mint.com has a very nice interface that I have become rather accustomed to.
