Very short transaction history

Is my transaction history supposed to be so short? Several accounts (like my Chase bank accounts) only go back a matter of days, not weeks or months.

It could be related to the system problems we've had over the past week. Generally speaking...it will go back about 30 days from the date of account creation. We're trying to look at ways of extending this.

Any updates on this? It only goes back 60 days for me.
