View Full Version : Trouble ticket system or bugs?

Is there some kind of trouble ticket system or is everything treated as an engineering bug?

I've had some corrupted data for awhile now, reports and trends show vastly incorrect balances with 5 times as many accounts as I have for 2 months in 08.

This is from multiple pcs in a half dozen browsers, its a data issue, not a html display one. I contacted customer service via "Contact Us", and was treated to ridiculous repeated emails as if I was reporting a bad css pixel placement.

I'm now on my 8th email, after a month of no progress, and still can't get a straight answer. This should take all of 15 minutes if someone with any technical knowledge could look at my issue, instead of the automaton reading a script.

Is there anything else to do here? or just give up on bad data and start over losing 18 months worth of data?

2 weeks now, still haven't heard any resolution.

Is there some other way I should seek assistance?

I've submitted a number of request for help with my Wachovia account that I've not been able to update for over 3 months. I've not had one response from Mint in that entire time. It would be nice if they would response in a timely manner.

Any update on this? I'm still having the same issue, and gotten no real response.

I guess the original question is still valid, seriously need some sort of trouble ticket queue to keep things from falling down the cracks that are user specific and not a global bank or site issue.

And another month goes by, 3 months total with no followup response to corrupted data issue.

Folks, I really like this product, I've been using it a long time, but if you can't find a way to help people solve simple data problems, whats the point.

This is not a display issue, its not a website issue, there is bad values in my historical data that I am unable to fix myself.

Surely - SURELY, a competent tech can solve this trivial request.

Find some way to do trouble tickets and answer them in SOME fashion, this wild west chaos on the forums is a trifle unprofessional.

I think that all of Mint employees have left and someone just forgot to turn off the lights. You never hear anything from Mint.

Yet, still no resolution.

Is anyone aware of an escalation path?
