I can't seem to download new transactions from Arvest bank. I was able to do it last week.

Having the same problem. I contacted Arvest and they said it looks good on their side, that it may be something mint related. I put in a request for help on mint tech support, will post if I get an answer.

I think it is on the mint side too because my online Quicken profile updated just fine.

mint.com technical support emailed me back, told me to try deleting the account completely then re-adding.
I had already done that, as well as trying to add every different Arvest account as well (from different locations) without luck.
This morning I changed my security questions on the Arvest website, then tried to re-add the account in mint with the new security questions without luck as well.
Have you had any luck? Or anybody?

I got the same thing blame user email. :) I work in IT so I know what I am doing regarding security and I know I am setting this up right.
When did it die for you? Monday or Tuesday? Mine was working fine as of Friday with my iPhone. I went to arvest.com and went through each security question and was able to get in using all three questions. Something changed on the mint.com side over the weekend. Maybe they put something out in their Prod environment that broke arvest.com
Hopefully they will look into this. Makes you wonder if they have someone looking at their support board 24x7 or have some kind of system in place to cross reference support tickets with issues posted on their message board to see what is happening on their site because I am sure it is a lot to keep track of...

Seems like the link has been changed to http://www.arvest.com/bentonville/ It originally was just pointing to http://www.arvest.com/ I'm thinking something has changed on mints end. Also noticed that they are only showing 7 Arvest locations.

I've seen a change today, now it just tells me my credentials are wrong (which they aren't..), before it was telling me to try connecting to my bank first.. Don't know what any of that means though..

Just got another email from tech support asking me to list the steps to narrow down the bug. Can't tell you how much I appreciate a free service like this taking the time to email back and forth like this, I just hope we find a solution to the problem!!
I'll keep posting here as I get further information.

This is what I from mint.com support.
"Thanks for those information. I will now file a bug report for this. It is important not to delete the account in your Mint (even in error state) since our provider need this during this process. I will email you for any progress."
Hopefully something will get done soon.
I noticed to that there was only 7 locations listed.

Well, customer service and I went back and forth several emails last night, and they finally told me they would send all my info they gathered over to the "engineering team."
So, I've been checking off and on all day with still no luck. I'm wondering if it matters that the order of security questions on mint's side is different than on Arvest's.. Probably not, but I've noticed that difference.
I'll post with any new info I get when I get it.

Okay,
I got a new email from mint this morning at 5:52, and they told me my credentials were incorrect (which is consistent with the message I had received when trying to connect to Arvest through mint, although my credentials were/are fine) and to verify and try again.
When I tried it again this morning, no longer do I get the option to put in my three security questions with answers. The only option on all 7 Arvest bank options (including the 'loan' option) is login and password.
I'll post with more info as it comes available. Hope this has a happy ending!!

I'm having the same issues with Mint not downloading transactions from Arvest. It's been four days (what Mint says) since they've last been downloaded. My credentials are fine. I can use them to log in on Arvest's site. Please fix this.

I'm having the same problem. It's been a week according to Mint.com. I've gone through the "Fix It" process countless times, and still no luck. It's been working since Dec of last year, but all of a sudden it's broke!? I'll be watching this thread, thanks..

When trying to "fix it!" on the mint bank card, I no longer get any of my security questions to pop up. I wonder if this has something to do with the arvest link directing us to the "bentonville" like you said?

just wanted to chime in and say i'm having the same issue. i first emailed the contact / feedback form last week tuesday, so it's been almost one week since i have not been able to update the arvest account info in mint.
and i have also had mint since last year, with no problems...i just can't figure out if it's something that arvest changed w/ their login page / process, or if the problem is on mint's end.
support said,
"The error maybe a temporary issue connecting within our provider and will be fix after a few days. Also, when your bank recently update their site their will be times that the user may experience technical difficulties."
...not too terribly helpful.
nor is there any indication that anything is being done.

Now been a week since my Arvest accounts last updated. Mint is still not able to connect. Logged into my account fine from Arvest.com. I even changed my password and security questions there, thinking that reentering the new credentials would "magically" fix it.
Now Mint doesn't even offer me the security questions, only the username and password.
I would appreciate even a little feedback from Mint. Is this a bug? Did you stop supporting Arvest? What's the problem? I've been fairly patient, but at the beginning of the month I need my Mint!

Also having the issue with Arvest. Thought it might be an issue with challenge questions but mint.com never asked me to update these when I tried to "fix it".
No access to Arvest would be a deal breaker for me using mint. Please Fix!

My account is still broke. None of the links work for me on the overview page like the "Your Accounts" link. If I am on another tab like "Transactions" then the "Your Account" link works. I tried to re-add Arvest but I am not getting any of the security questions.

but still no response after that, or any indication that they solved the problem. if it's working for others...what did you do to get it working? that's weird if the issue is resolved for some users but not others.
i'm still not seeing any options for the challenge questions. maybe since i tried re-entering my arvest info, and didn't have those, it's not working? ...should i have left my account alone?

I'm not getting any challenge questions anymore either, but when I edited my bank info with my user info and password, it connected fine. Have you tried just re-entering your information lately? That's what fixed it for me.

I too am receiving this identical error. Each time I click FIX IT, I am prompted with my security challenge questions for Arvest which I enter correctly. However the challenges continue to loop. Deleting and re-adding ARVEST doesn't seem to resolve the issue either. Nor am I able to go into Mint's ARVEST account config screen and manually config my security answers like I used to be. What is up w/ this!? :mad:

I just started using mint this past week and was really excited I love the format and that it's clean and clear to use. However, my Arvest account is not connecting either. I deleted them and retired nothing?? Is there something else to try or do?

Yep, same issue with Arvest, although I don't get prompted to enter security questions. I just get stuck on 'Temporary Issue!'
