United Mileage Plus account not working

Part of the problem may be the URL being used. The correct one is www.chase.com/united. The one being used by Mint is for non-Mileage Plus cards. I see that someone reported this back in April 2007 and it was never resolved for that person.

I actually believe chase made a change that resolves all of their logins for Chase to chase.com.

Note: We're also having issues with Chase right now (they did some site changes a few weeks ago)

I hate to admit it but it appears that you are correct. Thanks! I can log in from either URLs.
