My HSBC account went through right away, and is everything is working except that Mint displays a question mark for the interest rate, when my APY is 5.05%

We have a bug for interest rates that should be resolved shortly.

I am not seeing my HSBC interest rate. Is this still an open bug?

1. Login to your Mint account.
2. Go to the Ways to Save page.
3. Click on link to see the offer(s).
4. You will see a hyperlink for "interest rate". Click on that.
5. A box will open that will let you manually put in the correct rate & type of award the card has.
