Missing Transactions

Hi,
I was successfully able to add my Chase Credit Card but I do not see any transactions. It does show the correct balance though.

Has anyone seen this issue and have any suggestions?

Chase did a system change a few weeks ago & we're still trying to resolve transactions not downloading.
