Hi, I am a member of the PTOFCU and I have had a lot of difficulty adding my FCU account to mint.com. I have tried for many months (perhaps years) to add PTOFCU and each time it results in my online access to my FCU account being blocked, meaning I have to contact them to unblock it (quite the hassle).
My most recent attempt was today after reading a forum posting (http://forums.mint.com/showthread.php?t=7344) by a fellow PTOFCU member about this issue.
I went through the steps trying to add the account, tried using both my PTOFCU account number and my PTOFCU username (coupled with the graphical captcha word which does not change). Only when I used the username would mint.com's account adding interface prompt me with a correct security question (one of two different security questions, they alternated with different attempts). After I answer that question correctly, it timed out and gives me an error.
After several attempts I get locked out of my PTOFCU account. Is there any way this can be remedied? I will help as much as I can. The support email for PTOFCU is support@ptofcu.org if this would help in interfacing mint.com's and PTOFCU's websites.
Thanks!
