Mint can never connect to 1st Financial Bank USA

Two problems I've noticed while trying to add '1st Financial Bank USA - Credit Card' to my accounts

1. It always says 'Could not connect...may be down for maintenance'
Assuming mint uses the same portal as 1st Financial's web login the website is online and I'm able to log into my account at any point.

2. (minor) The link on the account button thing (I'm not sure what the exact name for those are) is broken. The link says 'www.1fbusa.com' but in fact goes to 'https://wwws.mint.com/www.1fbusa.com'

Other than that everything works great for me!

I have the same problem. 1st Financial Bank does not work for me either.

I too am having trouble getting my 1st Financial card on here. Does anyone think it's because you need to select a picture along with your login? I don't see an option on Mint to tailor to that.

I am having this problem as well. Seems to me that Mint just hasn't fully integrated with 1st Financial yet.

I don't think they can get by that additional security question where you have to pick an image. That sucks. I hate this card too but still would like to add it.

Yeah, I'm stopping using the 1st Financial even though I have a high credit limit and it has 2% cash-back. The web interface is just horrendous.

Where all these banks once able to connect and they have changed things that now they are unable to connect, or did you guys create a list and then begin ensuring that they could connect? Just wondering.
