Greetings,

I currently pay a mortgage on a home for X. That entire sum is obviously present in my "home" finances. I also rent the house and a fraction of the mortgage, Y, is then deposited into my account. I've also tied that to mortgage in mint. I may be doing this incorrectly, but it appears that your site does not differentiate between positive and negative transactions and thus instead of leaving my "mortgage spending" as X-Y it is X+Y. Is there a way you can fix this or am I simply doing something wrong?

I'm seeing the same kind of thing with my returned purchases -- any idea what's up?

Mine does the same thing... it's probably a bug in the spending trends page.

I believe there's a number of changes going on for that section, we just haven't seen them come out in the public beta yet

I am encountering the same issue: I share a house with other college students and I pay the entire rent to the landlord and then the other tenants pay their portions to me. In the spending trends tab, the pie charts only account for the purchases, and not the deposits. As such the mortgage/rent portion of the spending pie is much larger than it should be.

Also, whin I search for the mortgage/rent category: The total that shows above all the transactions is not the actual total. It is the total as if all the transactions in that category were purchases. It should distinguish between deposits and purchases when finding the total.
