Central Florida Educators CU - Credit Card

I am not able to add this account (Central Florida Educators CU - Credit Card) to my Mint. The site has the login name > image > password security system. Keep in mind that if the user tries to login from an unregistered computer, it will also add a challenge question.

This is the only credit card I have so it is crucial to my Mint.

I'm going to have to second this one. CFE is my primary account.

Whenever you add the account it will get to 'downloading transactions' and then prompt with a incorrect username/password error.

Also, the challenge questions provided by Mint have no answer boxes, just the drop down to select your question.

This is on Firefox 2.0.0.8 under build ph256.70.

Aside from the missing text boxes for the questions, this problem has not been resolved and CFE accounts are not able to be added.

That aside, it would be a problem right now if the bank requires image verification (solutions may be available early next year). It is also important to note that the only option supported right now is the credit card, not the bank account.

Sorry, I meant that the security question bug was the only issue that was no longer outstanding.

I have both checking and credit through them and it uses the same login to check both. There is no image verification that needs to be typed, only the stored 'security image' to prevent phising.

You use your account number to log in, then if its your first time, you are presented with a security question. If you are correct then you are presented with the anti phishing image and password box.

I have both CFE bank and credit card accounts and am unable to add either of them through the system. I sent a help request through the "get help" link today before I found this post.

Has anyone been able to get their CFE accounts added successfully?

The checking and savings option currently isn't supported. As for the credit card, are you answering the security questions (http://forums.mint.com/showthread.php?t=2259)?

I AM TRYING TO ADD MY ACCOUNT AND IT DOES NOT WORK.
I have seen several members requiring about CFE since 2007, I don't believe will ever work,
I would to have a definite position from mint, otherwise I will probably quit trying.
