I am having problems adding First National Bank of Omaha.
a) Name of bank
First National Bank of Omaha
b) The URL you use to login to your bank (www.chase.com, for example).
http://www.firstnational.com
c) The specific error messages you receive trying to add the account to your Mint account.
I have added several times, at several different times of day, all with the same error.
First National Bank of Omaha
www.firstnational.com
Could not connect
Mint cannot connect to your account right now:
* First National Bank of Omaha may be down for maintenance
* The connection may be too slow
Problems like these are usually resolved in 24 hours.
d) Information about extra security requirements your bank requires to login, such as image verification, captchas, additional security questions, etc.
The site does ask some additional security questions, however, I have not been prompted through this site to answer them.
e) If you don't have issues logging in to your bank accounts directly.
I am having no problems logging into the site directly.
Thanks!

Same here. Looks like the script for this bank may be out of date: the link still points to http://www.firstnational.com/fnb, which is their old site. The new site is at http://www.firstnational.com/001/html/en/personal/personal.html
First National Bank of Omaha implemented MFA several months ago. Their MFA consists of three questions with text answers. If challenged for MFA, two of these three questions will be shown.

I'm also trying to access this bank. No luck so far.

Bump... Any notice that this has been filed as a bug? Anyone working with FNBO to correct this?

Almost a month later and this still doesn't work. I finally decided to check out all the buzz and my main credit card won't work. Any resolution?

Is there any update regarding FNBO? It seems like this would be a very quick fix.

Not yet, unfortunately. I do have to advise that nothing is actually an easy fix:(

I'm having the problem also. Is everyone else still unable to add FNBO?

If you're trying to add FNBO Direct, I am afraid that it currently isn't supported (doesn't pull in our search results).

I have not been able to add my FNBO credit card. One time I was successful enough to add it as an account, but the dollar value remained at zero with zero transactions. Since then however, it just shows up as an account saying I have the wrong user name or password. I log on at the following site, which has
www.firstnational.com/001/html/en/personal/personal.html
The interesting thing about their website (like some others) is that you use the first screen to enter your id, then it goes to a second screen where it asks you a couple of security questions, then a third screen pops up with a personal message which you should recognize before entering your password.

I am being prompted to answer two security questions, which I answer correctly, but it Mint keeps saying "Your Bank Needs More Info!" I've checked with my bank to confirm my security questions (they're correct) and filed a report with Mint a few weeks ago. This is my only credit card and I really want to have it on the site...any word on this issue?

Having the exact same issue, hopefully they are working on it...

I'm having problems too. I just started using Mink a few days ago. I added all of my accounts without any problems, But the next day my FNBO credit card stopped updating. I have 2 other FNBO accounts and they update just fine. So, I deleted the credit card account and tried to add it again, but it never connects and keeps giving me a temporary connection issue.

I have been having the same sort of issue with Mint and First National Bank of Omaha. My checking/savings accounts and my credit cards still update, but my mortgage/loans haven't updated in a few months. It's the same log in and security questions, but one of the three will not work anymore.
