Just look at the investment sections. You would think that you would be able to, at a bare minimum, view your accounts broken up into taxable and non taxable (and to get a grade of B, allow the user to break them up into any way they what, like "house fund" or "jimmy's college fund"). It seems like they don't even concern themselves with taxes.

There is a lot of work that can be done to improve the investment side of the site. I have a feeling that this is an after thought for Mint. Some additional features:
1, Allow manual entry of transactions so that the investments can accurately reflect total returns and historical performance.
2. Allow users to enter symbols that are not in the pull down box.
3. Allow the trade commissions to go back to the cash and credit tab. This seems to have changed in mid July to the investment tab and therefore is no longer included in the reporting.
4. Allow investment transaction to be included in the TREND tab reporting. It would be nice to see interest and dividend as part of the income.
5. Allow users to split transaction by retirement, taxable or non taxable accounts.
6. Allow user to specify which group an account should be part of. I have some investment account that are money markets and should be considered cash. I currently have a retirement account in my cash group.
