View Full Version : FirstIB Account setup: Checking worked, but credit card didn't appear/register

I have a single FirstIB user, with multiple accounts (one checking, one credit). I was able to setup/import the information using my user/pass, but it only "saw" my checking account, and didn't capture the (more important) information from my credit card.

I've looked around for possible solutions, but since it's all tied to the same login, I haven't seen anything in the forums/help to suggest there's any way for me to fix this.
Anything you can do to help would be appreciated!

Were you able to clear this up? I'm having the same issue with my FirstIB account. My new Mint account sees my checking and savings but not my VISA.

It looks like we only provide support for the banking option right now (the credit card would be showing separately as an option on the site).

OK thanks. You mean I could open the account separately? If I can't see the credit card account it doesn't do me much good.
