View Full Version : Duplicate Citibank cards, Spending trend display error

Hello,

Two bugs:

1) My citibank credit card shows up twice. I added the account only once, however it displays two cards under this account (I only have one). Interestingly, the "false" card carries a $0 balance, and the credit limit reflects the level my limit was several months ago. My guess is Mint is retrieving some old data and treatingi t as a separate account.

2) On the Overview page, in the "Am I spending more than usual..." block, the "Entertainment" category has a scaling error. At present, Restaurants, Gas, and Entertainment all show $0 for the month, however while the first two bars are retracted to the left, the Entertainment bar is fully extended to the right, claiming that $0 spending is somehow greater than a $21 average....

Thanks

AM

Actually, its not. I have added a single citibank account, and in that account it displays two Credit Cards, although I have only one. The names of the cards and everything are identical, save for the differences I noted above.

Multiple "accounts" is not the problem.

I have also experienced the duplicate Chase card. I had a notion that it might be caused by two different APRs associated with the account (a promotional APR and the normal APR). Does anyone else with this problem have a balance with multiple APRs on the same card?
