Created a Citibank Credit Card account
(Possibly created a second one, not sure)
A day or two later, there are two Citicard accounts.
Deleted one of them.
After refreshing, both were gone.
Added the same account back in.
After refreshing, two accounts display.4. The browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Safari, etc.) that you are using
