Ignoring just one credit card in an account

This is sort of a weird situation. I converted my line of credit through Chase to another card. This gave me two account numbers with the same line of credit. In my Chase profile I have what looks like 2 accounts, but they come up with the same balance and same transactions. This means that when transactions do finally show up for my Chase account, they are going to be doubled. Any thoughts?
