It took me a while to register PNC Bank, because I had to guess that I was choosing the right security questions form the drop down. Instead of seeing somethign such as "First name of your maid of honor" it just said "First Name of yo" and I had to guess I was choosing the right question, since there are also "First name of your oldest niece", etc.
