Manually Adjust Budget Rollover Balances?

I like the feature to have some budget categories rollover balances from month to month.

The problem is, I've just signed up for Mint and I've been doing budgeting for many years. Some of my budget categories already have balances.

Also, I sometimes like to take from the balance of one category and distribute to another.

Is there a way to adjust the running balance for a category?

I second this; I have balances already as well (wouldn't everyone?) and cannot figure out how to set them. The only option I see is that it appears you can choose "last payment" on a rolling budget instead of "next payment". This may assume a balance as rolled since the last payment, but this is not always correct.

I've set up a new budget, want to roll over to the next month, and want the budget to start at $0 starting October 1st. How do I do that?....help....
