Amex and USAA problems

Hey, just signed up this afternoon.

So far the only account that has made it into mint was my Discover card account. I have two Amex cards with Amex and another from USAA. I also have my checking, savings, and brokerage accounts at USAA along with a Master Card. None of these were successfully brought into mint. the USAA account according to the account page is "downloading transactions" which it's been doing for hours.

is it that there's multiple accounts associated with my logins?

I'm also being asked to reload the account page on retrying the Amex acct.

the Amex and USAA credit card progress panels seem stuck on "Establishing a secure connection"

ok, the USAA and Amex accounts finally loaded.

guess too many people wanted some mint :)

hmm... my two USAA credit cards are "unnamed account" and there doesn't seem to be a means to differentiate the Amex from the MC.

USAA allows you to set a nickname for the accounts.

log in to usaa, click on the account you want to put a nickname on, at the top of the page that loads you'll see the account number with "nickname" as a link next to it. click that and set it.

Mint should update it when that account updates.

You said you have a brokerage account at USAA. Were you able to add that account to Mint?
