ING Account Not Updated

I checked my ING Direct account today, both at Mint and at ING. Even though Mint claimed that it had been updated 1 day ago, but did not reflect a deposit made 9 days ago. Basically, the Sept 10 transaction shown below is not reflected in my Mint account display:

As we're having many system problems right now, including downloading of transactions, can you please let me know if it doesn't update in a little bit?

Okay, so here's how you make your ING Direct account update, everyone.

Fill out the five questions on your ING account, then hit "change." The "change" button will change the order of the questions from what you put in, but only once. Now go to your Mint account and enter the same questions EXACTLY in the order they appear after having hit "change." Log out of ING, then press "save" on Mint. Voila, it will magically update.

I can't guarantee this will work for multiple logins or for any length of time, but I hadn't been able to log into my ING account for months, and by doing this it magically worked, so I'm not asking any questions.
