E*Trade Bank refunds the ATM fees that other banks charge you and if I go to "transactions" this shows up correctly (although it is marked as ATM Fees, which is actually the opposite of what it is). This same error is also evident in the "Your Alerts" section where each time it says:
E*trade Bank - Max-rate Checking charged you a ATM fee of $2.00.
If you click on the words ATM fee and go through to the transaction you will see that it's actually a $2 credit and not a debit, so it should say:
E*trade Bank - Max-rate Checking reimbursed you an ATM fee of $2.00.
and therefor it probably doesn't need to be an alert, since a) if you have this account you don't even think about the atm fees/reimbursements b) it's a positive thing and not something to watch out for.
