Download time excessive?

I'm using IE 6. I'm trying to download transactions for my National City account. It connected (after failed attempts) and has been "Downloading transactions" for over an hour--I don't want to cancel the process because that would mean trying to connect, again. Is this an excessive download time or should I just cancel and try reconnecting?

I do apologize for all of the issues over the past few days. We will be doing maintenance on the site today (12p-6p Pacific Standard Time) & I will post an update when I know the site has gone back to a more stabilized status. Please be sure to check the Mint Announcements forum for updates.
