GMAC Bank not working

I'm unable to add GMAC Bank... this may be similar to the Citizens issue because GMAC asks for username on one page, security question on another, then password on the final (although if you register the PC you are on you don't have to deal w/ the security question).

I though there may have been an issue with GMAC but after reading the Citizens thread and talking with the people at GMAC, the problem likely lies with Mint not being able to properly navigate the security login.

Otherwise, all systems are firing nicely for other accounts. Thanks! :)

i'm also having trouble with GMAC and posted a thread on it yesterday to which there has been no reply. also emailed support and i just got an automated reply to wait 24 hours, but the problem lies with Mint.

Same issue here. I have a money market account.

Same issue here. It says my username and password are incorrect, even though I can use the same username and password to log in to their site. Probably has something to do with SafeKeys.

A fix is going out tonight that should alleviate some concerns about username/password error messaging.

It worked for a few days, and stopped working again. I have the exact questions and answers on GMAC's website and the account setup page.
