Mint cannot connect to Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union

It stalls every time on "Establishing secure connection" and ends with an error. Mint is not able to connect to Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union, despite the fact that it is listed in its database. Very frustrating.

I'm having trouble connecting to the my Nutmeg State FCU account. I enter my member # and password. Under "Question 1", there is a drop down containing questions, then a text box "Create your own question #1?", following by another text box "Answer #1". This repeats for 4 more questions?

What exactly am I supposed to enter here?

I have tried answering each question ... didn't seem to work.
