Unable to set up Nevada State Bank checking account and receiving no responses from the "contact form". Everything works fine when logging on through their web site and it is on the Mint list of supported banks. Help would be appreciated or I will need to go back to Quicken Online:mad:

Hi,

Note: Please try this workaround to be able to resolve the issue. If problem persist please revert.

Important Note: Please make sure you set up same set of security questions you have on your bank site and on Mint.com site, not doing so will result in an error. It should be in the same exact order.

If your account is in error and you need to edit your log in credentials, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Mint and go to the ""Your Accounts"" page.
2. Click on ""Fix it"" button placed at the upper right corner of the account box.

The options available, after clicking ""Fix it"" are as follows:

For newly added accounts with no success:

(a) Click “Edit"" button to re-enter your credentials, then ""Save"".
(b) If ""Edit"" button is not available, click the ""Try Again"" button instead.

For existing accounts in Mint which suddenly encountered an error:

(a) Click ""Go to Bank"" button. Clicking on the ""Go to Bank"" button will redirect you to the bank log in form. Just go back to your Mint and click ""Update"".
(b) Edit your log in credentials to match what is in your bank site.
(c) Save.

Additional Note: Once you have verified that you have access, try updating your account. There maybe a need to manually refresh the account. Just click on ""Update"" button.

Cheers!

It appears this information is no longer valid. I receive the error "Can't find your account!" This occurs after answering two security questions.

Anyone get NS Bank to work?
