View Full Version : Charles Schwab - OptionCenter has stopped working

As of about 10 days ago, logins to "Charles Schwab - OptionCenter" have stopped working entirely.

This has also been reported here (http://forums.mint.com/showthread.php?t=8338) and here (http://forums.mint.com/showthread.php?t=8346).

Mint, please attend to this issue. It looks like it may be related to the URL, which is incorrectly pointing to http://www.schwab.com/optioncenter/. That URL results in a "Page Not Found" error, but if the final "/" is removed (http://www.schwab.com/optioncenter), the correct page is accessible.

May I know what email add you use in Mint. When I searched on our tools regarding this wondering.gnome@gmail.com email add it stated that this is not currently a member.

I reported the issue directly to customer support a little while ago and have been talking with a rep. Although there was no update on that support ticket as of yet, my OptionCenter account just started working again today. So for the time being, things look good -- I hope this is indeed fixed.

Thanks Mint, it works now.

Buy why did this not automatically update once the issue was fixed? I had to re-enter my schwab creds for it to properly refresh.

That's annoying. I had just assumed it was still broken.
