I am a My Yahoo and Mint user, so was excited to see the new Mint in My Yahoo announced. Alas, it was only 5 minutes before it was removed again with a sigh of disappointment. What I would have liked to see would be the new transactions arriving at Mint (you could even use the same "last 1 day, last 2 days, etc." that My Yahoo uses for how many days of news items to list.
Instead, while it at least included alerts, most of what it currently shows are charts and graphs and analysis items -- the sort of thing I would want to see when I go to Mint.com perhaps, but not what I am looking for in quick daily updates. I believe if you think about what people would want quick daily updates about vs. what they would want to see when going to the site, the key things are new transactions as well as alerts.
Please make transactions at least an available category (again perhaps using settings to set how many days to include), with the ability to close or remove other things that are more general. Thank you, Chip
