Long Download Times

I currently have five accounts in the "download" stage, and they have been that way for an hour or so. Is this expected time? Or should I start over? Help?

I'm seeing this problem as well, all 4 accounts are stuck in the "downloading" phase

Same problem here. I have five accounts (Bank of America, Amex, Chase, & Barclaycard x 2) that have been stuck in Downloading for 3+ hours. I'm afraid to cut them off and try again, in case this step is supposed to take a while (launch day and all).

Any support and/or advice about what to expect during this step is highly appreciated!

I just posted this in the Mint Announcements area...

Due to overwhelming interest in Mint today we have experienced some temporary problems. We are adding capacity currently and anticipate returning to normal operation very soon. I will post an update when these capacity issues are resolved.

Again, I do apologize for all of the issues we've had during the beta period. I know people are frustrated & that there's many outstanding issues, including adding accounts with certain banks. We're working on these items as quickly as we can & I will post updates as they become available to me.
