Problem adding Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union - rbfcu.org - I have tried for a week to add this account. I have got nothing but "Cannot connect to account"

I have no problems logging in directly.

There is a "Security Identification Question" which is missing from Mint account information.

Thanks!

Did you already send this issue to feedback@mint.com? I've been flagging items that appear to be missing something in the form & trying to get them to engineering.

Again, I apologize for all of the issues folks are having adding accounts right now.

Ok, here's the problem: I've been trying to add my Roth IRA from Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union, but Mint keep getting stuck at the Authentication stage. I asked for help on this issue under "I can't add my account!" but they didn't really help. They said that my bank had recently made changes or the site was down, and to just try again later, even though I had said that this is not the issue. My bank site works fine, and I already have my savings and checking accounts from RBFCU added. The problem is that when adding the investments portion of RBFCU, Mint doesnt ask for the security question and answer like the Savings/Checking account form does. This is why its not connecting, because it is not inputing the security question when trying to retrieve investments.

I love your service, though. Thank you for your time, and I hope this helps you to correct the problem.

3. could not connect, try again later
4. Needs you to answer a security question, which mint is not inputing.
5. yes, I can successfully log into my bank directly

This is the e-mail I received from the Mint help service about the Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) Investment Accounts. The problem is that Mint does not prompt you for the Security Question and Answer for the for the Investment accounts like it does for the Savings/Checking account. This causes it to get stuck in the Authentication stage. I requested help on the matter in January under the "I can't add my account!" help subject, but was told the issue was on my end, or the banks. So then in the beginning of February I asked instead under the "I found a bug!" subject, which seemed to be a little more helpful. Jill responded to say they were aware of the issue and are actively addressing it, but as of today, February 22, 2009, it has not been fixed. I have a beginner's understanding of computer coding, but it should be able to be fixed quite simply. Just copy and paste the code involved with accessing RBFCU from the Savings/Checking Account part to the Investment Accounts option, thus adding the form field for the security question. I just wanted to post this, hoping the problem would get more attention, as maybe the right individuals have not been made aware of the problem.

Thank you! :)
