When possible, Mint should pre-qualify a user's address for offers of location sensitive services.

For example, Verizon FIOS is not available in my location. I'm sure Verizon publishes some web-services method for address pre-qualification, perhaps to the zip-code level.

This might be an easy bolt-on mod which will ensure users see only those offers that are applicable.

The "Ways to Save" page will get better over time (this product, as well as Mint, are still in beta).

Some quick info:

Mint's "Ways to Save" page offer matching logic is largely dependent upon what we know about the customer's current account at that time and the offer as we read it. Because we don't have perfect information about any customer, largely due the fact that we don't see all financial activities done by a customer, the current product does have some limitations that will be improving over time (customers may not get an accurate amount of calculated savings and/or may get an offer from a financial institution they currently use).
