DCU has made a change that has broken mint.com's ability to synch with them. I spoke to support and was told that they have switched to "MFA Security Enhancement Program".

I reported this using the tool on mint.com but figured I would mention it for other DCU members that started having login problems today.

Go to www.dcu.org and login via IE or Firefox. Make sure to setup your three security questions.

After this is done login to mint.com and edit your accounts on the Overview page. When you go to correct the login information it should ask for your user/pass and the answers to your security questions.

I just successfully updated my dcu accounts on mint.

If it's still not working you may want to delete your temp internet files and cookies.

It seems I missed the "Edit my bank info" link before. It's all good now.

Hi Minters,

Our Engineering team is currently working on fix regarding this issue. Sorry for the frustration this has caused. We will keep you posted for any update and once when we know it has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

My DCU accounts still dont update.........inspite of giving Mint the three questions/answers.

Interestingly.......on some days..........some of my DCU accounts will actually update.......others wont.

Looks like something got change on mint and it suddenly started working.

BTW, I have tried using the FIX button and re-entering my credentials and question-answers many times. It used to work that day but never worked on subsequent days.

Yesterday I did the FIX again but today it is still working.

I will keep my fingers crossed!

mint.com asks for your DCU PIN (yikes!)when adding the account. If you enter your dcu.org PASSWORD it works!

I've been in contact with mint support to let them know

Thanks for the tip that instead of PIN use the PASSWORD. With that it is able to at least connect, authenticate and start downloading transactions. However, it just keep on downloading transactions for a long time over 5 mins and then gives the "temporary issue" error back.:(
