Watermark CU login error

Watermark is a 2 stage authentication and it errors out on downloading transactions. with a web top key board for computers not authenticated.

I included this information in a report about financial institutions that are giving us fits.

Note: I realize folks are frustrated. I am hoping that we can resolve many of these issues shortly.

I too can't download transactions from Watermark. Pls fix this soon!

I have two accounts with Watermark. One has been working great; the other one I entered incorrect credentials and now get the message"You've been locked out. We think we can fix this for you." Problem is, an Okay does not fix it (obviously), and I am not being prompted to be able to edit my authentication info.

Btw, more along the lines of this thread, the account that connects successfully has never had problems downloading transactions.
