Acura Loan

My Acura was under Honda Financial. They then were "moved" over to Acura Financial... but I cannot add them on to my account. Is there a fix or something I can do to add this back on?

Same issue with my Acura loan; I have noticed it for two or three months. When I reported it I received a couple of vague replies saying they are working on it and it may be a Yodlee issue but notably absent in the response was any indication of a timeframe for a fix. After that, support stopped replying to my requests for help. I understand technical issues, but am much less understanding about non-communication to users who depend on this service.
