Hello,
I submitted a help request through the "comments" but was just told to try adding my account again. I've tried now for 5 consecutive days and get the "cannot connect" message. I'm afraid that the problem is truly because I'm not getting prompted for all three security questions that my credit union requires, is there any way to get a longer view of the "add bank" module? When I added ING, a long module appeared with all the potential security questions, with this SECU (Maryland) I only get pin, username and first security question. A friend who recommended me to the site, also uses the same SECU, and she was prompted for all three security questions that we are required, but she doesn't know what she did differently then me. Any help is appreciated! I can't really use the site until I get this account connected and I'm eager to get going.
