enhance reporting

Please enhance reporting to include: Income, net expenses, net worth, equity and debt. If we will have the ability to do taxes through Mint the Income becomes as important expenses. Today Mint seems to ignore Income and only concentrates on expenses. Budgeting does not support Income. There is no reporting/graphing for income.

They don't let US know that. If the answers are disappearing, that may be a sign that you are doing OK. If not, it may simply be that it needs MORE folks reporting it to make it happen. Just report as you feel that you should -- but ONLY report for REAL reasons, of course.

This post was written prior to the recent enhancements by Mint. I believe that the recent enhancements went a great ways towards resolving the issue. I love the changes. There are a few minor issues that Mint needs to work on such as:

1. Include income information on the overview tab for budgets
2. When you drill down on either a expense or income slice of a pie only show those transactions that are relevant to that slice.
3. When reviewing Income or expenses by tags have a slice for non-categorized transactions.
4. Show investment transactions like investments and dividends in the reporting.
5. Show the transaction in the mortgage accounts for escrow activity like taxes and insurance, etc in the reporting. Yodlee is able to do this and it really help to track these expenses.
