Please add a paycheck function were a customer can provide a paycheck transaction and record his/her paycheck deduction like taxes, healthcare, 401 K, etc. Since these will impact our tax categories we need a way of entering them in Mint.

+1 on the request to add paycheck/deduction handing. The ideal scenario would be integration with on-line pay stub processors like APD but even manually setting up a paycheck transaction with a breakdown for deductions would be a big step forward.

Pls allow us to add manual transactions. Taxes are my expenses per month. How shall I add federal and state taxes as a part of my transaction? It is deducted from my paycheck. Please let me know if you have any other solution.

I would love to see this. Of particular interest would include importing historical information - give me a format, and I'll create the CSV, if necessary.

You can add your paycheck deduction today to mint by:
1. Change the total amount of the paycheck to represent the payment prior to thre removal of taxes. For example, if your take home pay is 1,500 and you pay 400 in taxes then change the total amount to 1,900.
2. Then split the transaction and enter categories for the taxes. For example, 200 for state and 200 for federal taxes.
3. save the transaction and you will not reflect the deductions in Mint.
What Mint can not handle yet is the 401 deductions in the transactions. but if you leave this out of the paycheck deduction your networth will still be accurate.

How do I change the net amount to show the gross so i can then accurally show tax, child support and other deductions?
