Paypal Buyer Credit Add Does not work

My paypal account gets added fine but paypal buyer credit will not add. The link listed on it: https://www.paypal.geconsumerfinance.com/

appears dead so maybe that is the reson. None the less if you could get paypal buyer credit to work that would be excellent.

Mint currently doesn't support PayPal Buyer Credit or the PayPal Credit Card from GE. Thank you for requesting that we consider adding this feature down the road.

as i enjoy beating a dead horse,
I just wanted to clarify that the the account shows up in the list of accounts to add, but when providing the requested details, I receive an error.

Would be nice to either disable it if its not supported or give a message that its still under construction.
